A Little Help Goes A Long Way.

Start collecting, find your way around, and get help from the Vitrine team.

Start with a piece you love

Download Vitrine, sign in with your email and the verification code, and choose the photos of a collectible you want to add. Clear views of the item, labels and any certificates give Looking Glass more to work with.

Looking Glass suggests details and drafts listing copy. Review the details, make corrections and choose your collection settings before cataloging. You remain in control of what you publish.

What can I collect?

Cards, sports memorabilia, comics, figures, games and more. Your collection can span different interests, and you can create showcases to bring related pieces together. Start with one item; you don’t need to finish your whole collection at once.

Check what Looking Glass found

AI can make mistakes. Review names, editions, dates and other details before saving. If something is unclear, add a clearer photo or correct the field yourself. Looking Glass helps you catalog; it does not authenticate an item or certify its value.

Re-running analysis or listing authoring replaces the generated content, including manual changes to that content. Review the new result before cataloging.

Choose what you share

A collectible marked public can appear in Explore and through shared links. Private collectibles are intended for their owner. Check Collection Settings before cataloging; new listings currently default to public.

Share a collectible, collector profile or showcase from the app. People can open its web link, and supported app links can take them into Vitrine.

Organize your collection

Search, filter and sort your collection to find a piece. Use showcases to group items around a player, character, era or story. You can assign a Crown Jewel from an owned collectible’s options and feature a showcase on your profile.

Manage your account

Use Settings in the app to update your profile, manage privacy and notifications, or start account deletion. If you have a store subscription, manage or cancel it through Apple or Google separately.

If a sign-in code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the email address. Never send us your verification code or password.

Report a problem

Use Report on the relevant content or profile, or email support@myvitrine.app. Include a link to the content and a short explanation. For an app problem, include your device, app version and the steps that led to it.
