Respect the collector
Treat other people with care. Harassment, threats, hate and targeted abuse have no place here. A difference in taste, opinion or collecting experience is not a reason to make someone feel unwelcome.
Represent your pieces honestly
Use photos and descriptions you have permission to share. Don’t impersonate someone, claim ownership you don’t have, or knowingly misrepresent an item’s condition, provenance or authenticity. Review AI-generated details before publishing.
Protect personal information
Keep verification codes, passwords, private contact details and sensitive documents out of public photos and descriptions. Don’t publish another person’s private information without their permission.
Keep the community useful
Don’t post spam, malicious links, illegal content or content that infringes other people’s rights. Use messaging and collection features for genuine conversations and collecting.
Let us know when something is wrong
Report content or a profile in the app, or contact support@myvitrine.app with a link and an explanation. Vitrine reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards or the Terms of Service.
